1. Take a shower or compress warm air

5. Apply petroleum jelly
Petroleum jelly works well to lock moisture and help relieve dryness in the skin.

6. Soak milk
Soak the milk if your body dry, or compress the dry, scaly area of the skin with a washcloth soaked in cold white milk.

8. Apply sunscreen
