  1. Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) only:

Step by step:

  • Prepare the Apple Cider Vinegar and salty water sufficiently
  • Put it on a proper container (or bowl)
  • Add a little bit of salty water
  • Mix it up
  • Clean your hair with warm water
  • Rub the mixture onto your hair evenly, wait around 1 hour, and then wash it up with fresh water.

  • Prepare the ACV and freshly cut aloe vera

Tips: Aloe vera puree could make your hair and scalp a little stink, so it is suggested to re-clear your hair again with your daily shampoo just to make sure it’s wholly cleaned.   • Prepare the ACV, the coconut oils, honey/milk
  • Pour down the coconut oil into a bowl with a few honey or milk
  • Mix until it evenly mixed
  • Wash your hair with warm water
  • Rub the mixture onto your hair evenly, wait around 1 hour, and then wash it up with fresh water.

Tips: Do this treatment maximum 3 times a week. And it would be better if we use home-made coconut oil instead of buying it on store or online. 


Another Tips to Eradicate Lice

Besides using Apple Cider Vinegar as our habit to fight against lice, fortunately there are other options to try during our treatment to get rid of this disadvantageous animals. And here are some of it:

  • Using shampoo that contains tea tree oil/yalng ylang/nerolidol inside it – Those compounds are suitable to minimize hair problems such as dandruff, psoriasis, and hair lice
  • Rub some olive oil and butter – this will blocked lice’s respiratory tract so they can’t breathe, hopefully will be run out of oxygen, and die. But don’t forget to wash your hair with proper shampoo afterwards.
  • After using our hair comb, dip it into a warm water – Just in case there left some lice between the small gap of comb, we destroy them by dipping it into hot water (around 55°C)
  • Using shampoo that especially designed to help us destroy hair lice faster such as shampoo containing piretrin, benzyl alcohol, malation, lindane, and so one. – But keep in mind that these type of shampoo need doctor’s prescription to use, and is safe for person above 6 years-old.
