- Sweat : Everytime you sweat, you’re losing body fluids. If you sweat excessively, then your body might be in danger.

It might be obvious, when something lost a big amount of water, it will dries out. Yes, that conditions will occur to your skin. Well, at first maybe sweating a lot, which means wet, will happen to you. But later, your dehydrated body will dehydrate your skin as well. You’ll be getting a very dry skin, all the way to your face, even feet, that you wouldn’t want having.
