We need a lot of energy in order to do our daily activities. Perfect health and body conditions will make us do various kinds of activities easily.

Sleep Apnea is a sleep disorder which is often the cause of why some people feel exhausted faster than other people. Sleep Apnea occurs when the upper airway is blocked repeatedly during sleep, which will make the person have difficulty in breathing and automatically reduces the quantity of their sleeping time.

2. Exercise Regularly

One of the various ways that can increase our stamina is exercise. There are many kinds of exercise you can do to boost our energy and stamina such as cardio exercise, aerobic, and try to use various work-out devices at the gym. If you are not a fan of doing hard exercise, walking around your neighborhood for 15 minutes is also a good way to maintain your health and stamina, as long as you do it regularly.
