When your bladder is full, your muscle will give signal to your brain to release it quickly by giving uncomfortable feeling in the lower area of stomach, such as we have stomachache, stiff, and nausea. Actually, there are many things which cause dysuria that you need to know so you can prevent it.

1. Holding urine for too long

  • Fill a clean bottle with warm water. Put it in the lower area of your stomach. Then, move it forward and backward slowly. Do it several times to normalize your muscle tension in your bladder. You have to know that holding your urine for too long can cause muscle tension.
  • Take a small towel which has been soaked in the warm water. Put it to the lower part of your stomach. If you feel that it is not warm anymore, soak it again and put it again. Do it for several times until your muscle tension released. You have to know that the warm sensation can release any tension in your bladder.
  • Use lubricant (traditional one which is often used to release stiff in your legs and hands). The lubricant is mashed with warm water then rub it slightly to the lower area of your stomach gently. The parts of the bladder

Bladder has four parts which are depended on each other to process urine. If one of those parts is damaged, it can be assured that it may be hard for us to pee normally for a long time, such as:

  • Serosa is a partial layer from peritoneum, which is a nerve in bladder, stomach, and gastrointestinal wall.
  • Detrusor muscle is a muscle in the bladder. If it is having tension, it will be hard for us to pee normally.
